My Bookkeepers Online can provide Complete Management of weekly and monthly payroll.  Just a snap of the time sheets and any corresponding documents and My Bookkeepers Online will ensure all wages reports are returned to you in good time for accurate payments.

  • Summary Sheets itemising all payroll deductions for the current period.

  • Wage slip for each employee and a copy for employer.

  • Summary of PAYE & NI payments to be made to HMRC weekly or monthly. 

  • Administer new staff with NI checks, process P45's for those employees leaving.

  • Employers pension set up.

  • Pension contribution calculation and submission.

  • Calculate SSP, SMP, SSP & SAP payments.

  • Submission to HMRC - Real Time Information (RTI).

  • Year-end statutory returns & End of Year filing.

  • P60's.
